 What are you planning to build? Is it a fixture, an injection mold, or something else? What type of injection material will be used? Will it be over-molded, and is it designed as a single cavity or multiple cavities?

In general we like to put mold's into five classes.

1. Class 101:  Extremely High Volume
   Extremely high volume production injection tools built for lifetime cycles exceeding one million.
2. Class 102: High Volume
   Medium to high volume production injection tools built for lifetime cycles not to exceed one million.
3. Class 103: Medium Volume
   Medium volume production injection tools built for lifetime cycles not to exceed 500,000.
4. Class 104: Low Volume
   Low volume production injection tools built for lifetime cycles not to exceed 100,000.
5. Class 105: Prototype Only
   Prototype only tools are built for lifetime cycles not to exceed 500.  

 Do you have specific requirements for your tool build, such as preferred steel types, gating methods, budget constraints, textures, or coatings? 

 To ensure we provide you with an accurate quote from the start, any additional information would be helpful. Do you have CAD files or 2D prints available? Alternatively, if there’s a similar project you’ve worked on that we could review, that would also be beneficial.
